You will definitely sweat in these classes, so we recommend long stretch pants or shorts and a t-shirt or sports top. Some of the exercises are done in the prone and supine positions, so dress accordingly. Please also bring a towel and a water bottle. We also require gripped socks (no exceptions here, as it’s for hygiene & safety measures. These socks can be purchased at our studio.) Please arrive 15 minutes to your 1st session! Your instructor has the right to refuse entry if you are not at least 5 minutes early for your first session.
