HOW CAN I CANCEL A CLASS THAT I’VE ALREADY BOOKED? (NEEDS LINK)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING TO CLASS WITH ME?
-Long stretch pants or shorts, athletic top or t-shirt, water & grip socks. If you do not own grip socks, they can be purchased at the studio for $10. If you prefer to purchase them online, you can do so here.
CAN I WORK OUT AT COREFIRE IF I’M PREGNANT?
If you’ve never taken Corefire before, please wait until after your baby is born. If you currently take Corefire & you are cleared to workout by your doctor, you are free to continue to come. Please let your instructor know beforehand. Watch our video!
WHEN WILL I START TO SEE RESULTS?
Generally, if you begin attending class 2-3 days a week, you will start to see and feel changes by the end of week two, and you will notice a big difference in your overall strength & connection after 30 days. We do recommend putting a rest day or two in between sessions, so your body has time to recover & recharge. More on the importance of rest + recovery
