The approach? Under the guidance of a COREFIRE Coach, you’ll transition through full-body movements, step-by-step, on a moving carriage with springs and pulleys that you control for just 45 minutes. Our coaches will help you develop strength by guiding your natural ability to resist and counter-resist movements in various position. Every movement begins in the nucleus of your body—your core—which we help you strengthen and stabilize from the inside out.
