At COREFIRE each session is 45 minutes of high intensity, low impact strength training using the Lagree Fitness method. Arrive 15 minutes early with a good mindset and a pair of grip socks. If you do not have grip socks we sell them at the studio.
Yes, as long as you are cleared by a doctor. Since our sessions are small group training our coaches are able to provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate most injuries. We do offer 1 on 1 private training for a more customized personal workout.

Our late cancel window is 8 hours before the start of your class.
If you are using any class credit package or single session you will lose your class if you late cancel or no show.
If you have any unlimited membership you will be charged $20 for a late cancel and $30 for a no show fee.
